Article 1 General Provisions

1.1 Purpose of the Contract

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to clarify the rights and obligations between AT SOLUTIONS SOFTWARE INC. (hereinafter referred to as “AT Company” or “we”) and users who use the services through the official website (domain name: atpall.com) and its related platforms (hereinafter referred to as “you”). By registering, logging in or actually using the services, you are deemed to have accepted all the contents of these Terms.

1.2 Validity of Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AT Company and supersede all previous oral or written agreements.

If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy or Special Rules (such as the Data Security Agreement), the latter shall prevail in chronological order.

Article 2 Content and Form of Services

2.1 Form of Services

The services are provided through the following channels:

(1) Official website (atsolutions.com) and its subdomains;

(2) Official mobile applications (iOS/Android);

(3) Third-party cooperative platforms authorized in writing (such as AWS Marketplace, Azure Store).

2.2 Right to Adjust Services AT reserves the right to adjust service content or features based on technology upgrades, market demand, or changes in laws and regulations. AT must notify users 7 days in advance of any changes through official website announcements, emails, or in-site notifications.

Article 3 User Qualifications and Account Management

3.1 User Qualifications (1) Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor aged 13-18, you must read these Terms and Conditions under the guidance of your guardian and obtain written consent before using the service. (2) Civil Capacity: You must have full civil capacity or have obtained authorization from your guardian. (3) Corporate Users: If you use the service on behalf of a company, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization and comply with the company's internal regulations.

3.2 Account Registration and Information Authenticity (if any)

(1) Registration Requirements: To use paid features, you must register an account. When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as name, email address, and mobile phone number). Information changes must be updated within 3 days.

(2) Consequences of False Information: If you provide false information, AT has the right to refuse service, suspend, or cancel your account, and will not bear any responsibility.

(3) Account Ownership: The account belongs to AT. You only have the right to use it and may not rent, lend, transfer, or share the account.

3.3 Account Security (if any)

(1) Password Management: You must keep your account password safe. You will be solely responsible for any losses (such as loss of virtual property or unauthorized consumption) caused by improper storage.

(2) Exception Handling: If you discover an account exception (such as logging in from an unfamiliar device), you must immediately notify AT through the customer service channel. We will assist in freezing the account or resetting the password, but will not be responsible for indirect losses.

Article 4 User Conduct Guidelines

4.1 Legal and Compliant Use

When using the Service, you must comply with the following regulations:

(1) Laws and Regulations: You must not spread terrorism, hate speech, child pornography, or commit fraud;

(2) Intellectual Property: You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy rights of others;

(3) Public Interest: You must not undermine national security, public interests, or social order and good morals.

4.2 Restrictions on Service Use

You must not engage in the following activities:

(1) Illegal Access: Unauthorized access to servers, databases, or API interfaces, or the use of automated tools to crawl data;

(2) Cracking: Tampering with service codes, cracking encryption mechanisms, or bypassing payment restrictions;

(3) Malicious Interference: Sending spam, occupying excessive server resources, or spreading viruses;

(4) Illegal Use of User Content: Submitted content must not violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, and must not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Article 5 Intellectual Property Protection

5.1 AT Company Intellectual Property

(1) Scope of Protection: All elements in the Service (such as code, art resources, music, text content, logo, interface design) are protected by the United States Copyright Act, the Trademark Act and the European Union Intellectual Property Directive;

(2) Authorization Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or use for commercial purposes without written permission.

5.2 User Content Intellectual Property

(1) User Rights: You have intellectual property rights to the content you submit, but you grant AT Company a permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use user content in service optimization and marketing;

(2) Third-Party Content: If user content involves third-party intellectual property rights, you must ensure that you have obtained authorization, otherwise you bear all responsibility.

5.3 Infringement Handling

If you believe that content in the Service infringes intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint (including identity information, proof of rights, and location of infringement). AT Company will review and take measures such as deletion and removal within 10-14 working days.

Article 6 Paid Service Rules

6.1 Service Content and Pricing

Paid services include:

(1) Virtual goods: such as software licenses and functional plug-ins;

(2) Subscription services: such as monthly/annual memberships;

(3) Custom development: charged on a project basis, and the price is subject to the contract.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and include US federal tax and California sales tax (non-California users pay taxes according to local laws); prices for EEA users include value-added tax (VAT).

6.2 Payment and Service Activation

(1) Payment methods: Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay are supported;

(2) Service Activation: Service will be activated immediately after payment is completed. If service is not activated, please contact customer service and provide proof;

(3) Payment failure: AT is not responsible for failures caused by bank or third-party platform failures, but will assist in communication. 6.3 Refund Rules

Refunds can be applied for in the following circumstances:

(1) Service failure: Service cannot be repaired within 30 days, resulting in unusable service;

(2) AT Company fault: such as duplicate charges or wrong product delivery;

(3) EEA users can apply for refunds without reason within 14 days after purchase (except for use of more than 50%);

(4) Refund process: Submit an application through customer service, which will be reviewed within 7 working days and refunded to the original account within 14 working days.

6.4 Automatic Renewal

If you choose "automatic renewal" for subscription services, AT Company will deduct the fee 72 hours before the expiration date; if the deduction fails, you will be notified, and if you do not manually renew within 24 hours, the service will be suspended.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Article 7 Third-Party Services and Links

7.1 Access to Third-Party Services

The service may include third-party features (such as social sharing and payment processing). The content and privacy policy of the third party are formulated by the third party, and AT Company is not responsible.

7.2 Third-party links

The official website may contain links to third-party websites. AT is not responsible for their content or security. You need to assess the risks yourself.

7.3 Division of responsibilities for cooperative services

If you cooperate with a third party to provide services, the division of responsibilities shall be based on the cooperation agreement:

(1) AT's responsibility: such as software defects;

(2) Third-party responsibility: such as customer service attitude and technical support errors.

Article 8 Service Interruption and Disclaimer

8.1 Service Interruption Circumstances

AT may suspend services for the following reasons:

(1) System maintenance: 72 hours' notice (except for emergency maintenance);

(2) Force majeure: such as natural disasters and wars;

(3) Third-party factors: such as server power outages and ISP failures;

(4) User breach of contract: If you violate this clause, AT may take temporary restrictive measures.

8.2 Disclaimer

(1) Service Status: The service is provided on an "as is" basis and AT does not guarantee perfection or reliability;

(2) Indirect Losses: AT does not bear indirect losses caused by service interruption (such as depreciation of virtual property);

(3) EEA User Rights: The above disclaimer does not affect the statutory rights under GDPR or EU consumer protection laws.

Article 9 Special Terms for EEA Users (GDPR Related)

9.1 Legality of Data Processing

AT's legal basis for processing EEA users' personal data includes:

(1) Fulfillment of obligations: such as providing account services;

(2) User consent: such as sending marketing information;

(3) Legitimate interests: such as optimizing services;

(4) Legal obligations: such as retaining transaction records.

9.2 Data Subject Rights

EEA users enjoy the rights stipulated in GDPR, including the right of access, the right of rectification, the right of deletion, etc. The specific methods of exercising them are described in the Privacy Agreement.

9.3 Cross-Border Data Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, AT will use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or data privacy frameworks (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) to ensure data security.

Article 10 Termination and Changes

10.1 Right of Termination

AT may suspend or terminate the Services without notice for user breach or lawful reasons.

10.2 Changes to the Terms

AT may modify the Terms at any time, with the modifications effective upon modification.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

Article 11 Miscellaneous Terms

11.1 Severability

If any part of the Terms is deemed invalid, only the invalid part shall be modified, and the remaining Terms shall remain in effect.

11.2 Assignment

You may not assign the Terms without prior written consent; AT may assign the Terms freely without notice to you.
